energy comes from the sun
eieio The sun is a big ball of gas eieio It generates energy called nuclear fusion eieio During nuclear fusion the suns high pressure eieio And hot temperature cause hydrogen atoms eieio To come apart and their nuclei to fuse eieio Four hydrogen nuclei fuse to become 1 helium atom eieio Some matter is lost during nuclear fusion eieio The lost matter is lost in space eieio Then it forms radiant energy eieio It takes millions of years for the energy to make it up to the solar surface It takes a little over 8 minutes eieio To travel the 93 million miles to the earth eieio solar energy travels at 186,000 miles per second eieio Which is the speed of light solar |
